Go to RO's BBS and read the posts from 27885 on until 27904, if they're still up....I just want everyone's opionions on it.
The first sieries of posts basicly are spam that say the same thing and brings up a bit of asian racism and so on, they were all posted by different people. The next post he made, was deleted by the computer b/c of a large amount of cursing and I think a moderater deleted it, described how to hack passwords out of RO. The next post, which was the most filthy of all basicly plagarized the anarchist's cookbook and blew up his own ego. Really, how could that damn SCRIPTKIDDIE think himself to even be close to THAT kind of hacker.
Needless to say I wrote a very lengthy responce to that, which may not have gotten many replies but generated 60 hits in a matter of minuites.
More food for the makiwara I guess.

It was ArtForz' doing...he's lame as shit if he thinks he's some kind of "l33t haXx0r", considering VB is a crap scripting language that even a 4-year-old could grasp. *sigh* But what can you do other than watch?

I've been reading through the chats from rohr, and what you say about artforz is pretty true, but I am going to defend VB like I always do. I can program in c very competently, but I prefer VB for multiple reasons for projects like this including it is a lot faster to write things in VB and it is virtually impossible to reverse engineer the code completely, unlike c which you can do with a basic asm decompiler.
VB is just as powerful as C in every way except that it is slower b/c it's higher level from asm than c, but you don't exactly need speed for these kind of hacks. |
