i see some people with "minipictures" below their names when they post. how do they do that?

i know its in the edit profile but i don't know how to add a minipic. what will i type on the minipic box?

"Minipic:
The full URL of a small picture showing up next to your username on some pages. Leave it blank if you don't want to use a picture. The picture is resized to 11x11."
